Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli

You will be picked early in the morning and leave Nairobi for Amboseli National Park, famous for the scenic view of the famous snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, open plains, lots of elephants and other wildlife.

You will arrive at Amboseli to check in to your lodge and have lunch. Later in the evening, you will go on an early evening game drive, and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Accommodation will be at Kibo Safari Camp or Amboseli Sopa lodge.

Day 2: Amboseli full day

After early morning breakfast, you will enjoy a full day Game Drive, exploring the park, in search for all sorts wildlife, including free range elephants, impalas, lions, hyenas, zebras, among many others.

Amboseli is also home to the Masai people, an indigenous tribe in Kenya, who have maintained their culture and lifestyle in the modern day, as well as live in harmony with wildlife and nature.

Lunch will be a picnic packed by the lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha

Early morning game and scenery viewing drive as you exit the Amboseli National Park and proceed to Lake Naivasha at the floors of the Great Rift Valley, arriving in time for lunch.

Afternoon boat ride at the Lake Naivasha where you view exotic birdlife and hippos amid the serenity of this freshwater rift valley lake.

Later proceed for a guided walking safari at the Crescent Island.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru

From Lake Naivasha, travel to visit the Lake Nakuru National Park, known as the “birdwatchers paradise”.

Lake Nakuru is a host to flamingoes, as well as various bird species. Other wildlife includes the white and black rhinos, baboons, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, hippos, waterbucks, hyenas, warthogs and many more.

Dinner and Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Hill Camp.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and depart for Lake Naivasha, which is a short drive.

On arriving Naivasha you will have lunch then head to Hell’s Gate National Park. This is the only park / protected area that allows human activities within the park. Visitors can have a walk, ride mountain bicycles, rock climb and there are picnic sites within the park.

The large gorges in the park are an attraction as one walks through them with the hot streams from below flowing on the path.

After you’re through with Hells gate, drive to your lodge to relax /refresh. Later on, you can opt for a sunset boat ride to Crescent Island.

Dinner and Overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge/ Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara

Immediately after having breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and embark on your safari of a lifetime.

You will drive through the Rift Valley, arriving in Masai Mara National Reserve in time for Lunch.

After lunch you will go for extensive afternoon game drive until the evening hours, when you will go back to your tented camp/lodge

Day 7: Masai Mara Full day

From the camp, you will explore the Mara region, packed with the elephant, zebra, rhino and all kinds of game through out the year with the spectacular wildebeest migration from Serengeti occurring mainly in July and August.

Picnic lunch will be provided to you by the camp. Later in the evening return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Masai Mara Full day

On this day continue exploring the wonderful sceneries of the Masai Mara till late when you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Final day at the Mara, after breakfast, check out of the camp and depart for Nairobi with a game drive en route. Your journey to Nairobi will be graced by the breathtaking sceneries that the Great Rift Valley has to offer.
